Hot Seat - Interactive Art Installation

An interactive art installation using secret video projections to make it seem like wall art is alive and couches are on fire. Visitors to the exhibit can interact with it. I'm using just one projector for this, yet animate the paintings, the fire, and handle the general lighting design with it.
