In San Francisco I owned and operated the "World's best Jazz Club" (Conde Nast Traveler Magazine) between 2002 and 2007. It was a pleasure turning the former watering hole into something that looked like out of a 1920s wet dream. I ran it as a dinner show venue with 2 shows nightly, 7 days a week to optimize the limited occupancy of 82 seats. Here I created the world's first fully web based system to run the entire operation from ticket sales, to food prep, to waiter/bartender POS, to payroll, f&b inventory, and staff scheduling.
